Job Overview

Johnson Restoration Services is recruiting skilled Subcontractor Crews to partner on roofing and restoration projects. As a subcontractor, you'll bring your expertise and crew to complete jobs efficiently, collaborating with our team to serve Omaha and surrounding community clients. We're looking for reliable, experienced crews ready to grow with us.

Position Details

Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Employment Type: Contract-Based
Reports To: Project Manager
Pay Range: Varies by trade; competitive rates per SQ, ln ft, or unit

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution: Complete roofing, siding, gutter, mitigation, or other trade work per project specs.
Crew Management: Lead your team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Equipment: Provide your own tools and equipment as specified (e.g., gutter machines, brakes).
Coordination: Work with our Project Managers to align on schedules and scope.
Documentation: Submit work/progress photos as needed.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven track record in roofing, siding, or restoration (2+ years preferred).
Skills: Expertise in specific trades (e.g., asphalt roofing, vinyl siding, gutter installation, etc...).
Insurance: Must carry valid liability and workers' comp insurance.
Crew: Ability to provide a reliable, skilled team.

Physical Requirements

Crews must handle heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs), work at heights, and operate in various weather conditions.
