Marketing Manager

Job Overview

Johnson Restoration Services is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This role will focus on promoting our restoration and roofing services, building brand awareness, and driving lead generation. The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer with experience in digital and traditional channels, ready to grow our presence in Omaha and beyond.

Position Details

  • Location: Omaha, Nebraska (would also consider remote work as 1099)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Reports To: General Manager
  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute marketing plans to promote restoration and roofing services.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, PPC, social media campaigns, and website content to boost online visibility.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all materials, from ads to customer communications.
  • Lead Generation: Develop campaigns to attract residential and commercial clients, tracking ROI and lead conversion.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, and blog posts.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate trade shows, community events, and promotional activities to engage potential customers.
  • Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and report results to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in construction or service industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for crafting compelling messages.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop innovative campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and occasionally travel for events or site visits.
