We could not show full frame photos on this job because of the surrounding terrain. This project included the installation of Q350 fanfold insulation and Mastic Quest siding panels. Note that there are virtually no seams shown because we used 25 foot siding panels, allowing for less lapping and seaming than in typical vinyl siding installation projects. Also, note the great detail around the front door of this home. Johnson Roofing & Construction crews were able to create great detail in the coil wraps used around the front door and garage doors which are shown in the pictures. Also, there was a unique addition in the rear of the home that required great skill and attention to details to keep the siding and coil wraps looking square. Note these details in the photos. This is a great siding and window installation project from Johnson Roofing & Construction.

This home presented some unique challenges. As you can see in the pictures, there were many rotten trim boards around windows, eves, and cantilevers. All these trim boards had to be removed. Then, Johnson Roofing & Construction crews installed Q350 insulation and Mastic Ovation siding panels around the entire home. The installation of the windows and door needed special care because the new windows required different interior trim profiles. Also, the sliding glass door needed to be framed, as there was no existing door where we installed the new one. Note the details of the window wraps and the contoured profiles used to create an appealing exterior look for this home. This is just another example of a great siding and window installation from Johnson Roofing & Construction.

This was a fairly simple commercial window installation project. However, there was no rough in opening and the window was being placed in an exterior concrete block wall. First, Johnson Roofing & Construction crews has to cut the rough in using an dual 18" cut-and-break masonry saw, frame the opening with 2x6 lumber, then install the window. All exterior finish work was framed in wood and then wrapped in white trim coil, helping protect the window and frame from damaging water infiltration. This is a simple example of Omaha's best window installation brought to you by Johnson Roofing & Construction.
